Einen <strong>Alltagsbalsamico<\/strong>, welchen man auch mal unbeschwert genie\u00dfen kann, ohne sofort an den Preis zu denken.<\/p>\n<p>Nun ja, der Preis eines echten Tradizionale liegt in erster Linie an der Zeit, die er f\u00fcr die Reifung, seine Konsistenz und seinen komplexen Geschmack ben\u00f6tigt. Zeit steht bei einem Balsamico im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes f\u00fcr Geld. Nahezu jede Acetaia in Modena oder Reggio Emilia verkauft neben dem Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale auch einen Condimento &#8211; also eine W\u00fcrze oder W\u00fcrzso\u00dfe bzw. eine Vorstufe des Tradizionale.
