Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP 500ml"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP<\/em> <em>ja!<\/em> ist ein sehr bekanntes und verbreitetes Produkt, da es sich um den Balsamico-Essig der preisg\u00fcnstigen Eigenmarke der Supermarktkette Rewe handelt.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Produkt besteht aus Weinessig, Traubenmostkonzentrat sowie dem Zusatzstoff E 224 Kaliummetabisulfit als Antioxidationsmittel. Es enth\u00e4lt also keinen gekochten Traubenmost.<\/p>\n<p>Dieser Balsamico-Essig liegt im absoluten Niedrigpreissegment dieser Kategorie und kostet in der Regel zwischen 1,70 \u20ac und 1,98 \u20ac pro 500ml. F\u00fcr den sehr niedrigen Preis muss man allerdings mit einem Produkt von eher minderer Qualit\u00e4t und d\u00fcrftigem Geschmack rechnen. Deshalb raten wir davon ab, diesen Balsamessig pur zu Erdbeeren oder K\u00e4se zu verwenden. Er eignet sich vielmehr zum Kochen oder f\u00fcr die Zubereitung von Saucen.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>In der Verkostung gegen\u00fcber den drei weiteren Discounter-Produkten <a href=\"https:\/\/balsamico.shop\/de\/produkt\/gutguenstig-aceto-balsamico-di-modena-500-ml\/\">Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P. (Gut &amp; G\u00fcnstig Edeka)<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/balsamico.shop\/de\/produkt\/edeka-originale-aceto-balsamico-invecchiato\/\">Originale Aceto Balsamico invecchiato (Edeka)<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/balsamico.shop\/de\/produkt\/rewe-feine-welt-aceto-balsamico-di-modena-igp-invecchiato\/\">Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP invecchiato (Rewe Feine Welt)<\/a> konnte das Produkt nicht bestehen, es war sehr sauer, die S\u00e4ure war bei dieser Charge \/ Abf\u00fcllung unangenehm kratzig, das Produkt zeigte weder Fruchtnoten noch konnte man eine S\u00fc\u00dfe herausschmecken. Die Viskosit\u00e4t war w\u00e4ssrig und die Farbe franzte zum Rand hin deutlich heller aus.
