Hergestellt von K\u00fchne Carl KG in Hamburg, enth\u00e4lt der Essig 27% Traubenmostkonzentrat, den Farbstoff E150d und Schwefeldioxid als Antioxidationsmittel.<\/p>\n<p>Aufgrund seines ausgepr\u00e4gten S\u00e4uregehalts von 6% und seiner eher fl\u00fcssigen Konsistenz k\u00f6nnte man dieses Produkt mit Weinessig vergleichen.<\/p>\n<p>Er ist daher als Weinessigersatz ideal und kann f\u00fcr die Zubereitung von Dressings, Saucen und Marinaden verwendet.
